Notes: It's most likely that the input on UVa Online Judge does not contain test cases where a negative cycle of wormholes is not reachable from Earth (vertex number 0) but the solution on uDebug correctly handles these types of cases. It may also be true that there exists such cases for some of the input on uDebug.
